CHANGE: Kansas Revokes Drivers’ Licenses of 1,700 Trans-Identifying Individuals. “Hundreds of people who claim to be transgender have already received letters from the state telling them their driver’s licenses are ‘invalid immediately,’ according to the report. The letters also inform them they “may be subject to additional penalties” if they continue to drive unless they receive a new one with their birth sex from the Kansas Division of Vehicles and surrender the old license.”

PUNCH BACK TWICE AS HARD: First Grader’s ‘Any Life’ Message Sparks Major First Amendment Ruling.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of an elementary school student’s First Amendment rights after she was punished for adding the words “any life” to a picture of “Black Lives Matter.”

The student, with the initials B.B., said she added the message while in first grade in 2021, inspired by a lesson on Martin Luther King Jr. She shared the drawing with a friend.

The school principal told her the drawing was inappropriate and punished her, according to the Pacific Legal Foundation, which represented the family in the case. The principal forced her to apologize, banned her from giving drawings to classmates, and excluded her from recess for two weeks.

The parents, who didn’t find out about the punishment until a year later, sued the Capistrano Unified School District in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Good lord.

EPIC FURY: Trump: ‘Practically nothing left’ to bomb in Iran.

In a phone interview with Axios, Trump said there is “practically nothing left to target,” just “little this and that. … Any time I want it to end, it will end.”

He also claimed the U.S.-Israeli military campaign “is going great.”
“We are way ahead of the timetable. We have done more damage than we thought possible, even in the original six-week period,” Trump said.

The Trump administration has offered shifting timelines and objectives for the war, which is in its 11th day and has been met with retaliatory strikes from Iran.

Trump originally said the conflict was estimated to last four to five weeks, but he announced Monday it was “pretty much” complete and would end “soon.”

The operation ought to continue until the regime runs out of money.

Strength has many facets….

Lost in thought, Ayar’s mind was on his invention that would allow premature griffin cubs to survive. He had no inkling he would rescue a creature that he suspected might be rational. Who would put one of their own out to die like that?

Rhys Callahan wanted to avoid a point of known pirate activity. Then he flew directly into one, and his ship was shot out of the sky. He managed a terrifying crash-landing on the nearest planet only to find himself among regressed humans who thought he was a god. When they realized he wasn’t, they became angry. Then they chained him to an upthrust boulder as a sacrifice to their local deity.

Neither Ayar nor Rhys ever expected to meet one another. But now that they have, maybe together they can fight for both their kinds. First, though, they need to learn how to communicate – and hope that neither of them is killed before they can get their enterprise off the ground!
